University of Nova Gorica and GO!2025-European Capital of Culture are participating at Biennale Sessions at Venice Biennale Arte 2022. The event entitled Marvellous reflects upon the “impossible ecologies” that challenge the logic of main-stream green agendas with radical imagination which is so often embedded in the marvellous “feeling for nature”, acting as necessary force to drive ‘GO!2025” green strategy.

Circular models Leveraging Investments in Cultural heritage adaptive reuse
Cultural heritage is considered a resource for local sustainable development, although there are some contradictions. The sites recognized as cultural heritage are increasing; the costs for functional maintenance/reuse are growing, while public resources available are becoming scarcer, and private actors are increasingly focused on the short time for payback.
