Trusted digital repository

There are international standards for determining trusted repositories. For example, trusted repositories are CoreTrustSeal certified, DIN 31644 certified or ISO 16363 trusted digital archives. A suitable repository can be found in the re3data.org registry and the FAIRsharing catalogues.

Researchers decide in which specific repository they will store peer-reviewed publications and research data craeted during co-financed research.

It is recommended to publish research data in domain-specific repositories (CLARIN.SI, SIstory, Inspire-HEP ...). If there is no relevant domain-specific repository, in the institutional one (RUNG, Open Science Slovenia ...). If the research organization does not have a repository, research data can also be published in general repositories (Zenodo ...).
