Programme highlights:
The course aims to provide participants with knowledge and skills in early physical prevention, as well as to promote physical activity as a factor in reducing social and cultural lifestyle patterns that contribute to an increased likelihood of disease and/or health problems. In addition, participants will be introduced to various forms of physical activity, including an exercise programme with rotational elements.
The second topic covered in the course will be an introduction to devices that support rotational exercises, which represent an unquestionable innovation in the field of disease prevention and biomechanical diagnostics through movement analysis.
The course will also include a study visit to the Knyszyński Forest Landscape Park. In the afternoons, students will participate in cultural activities aimed at familiarizing them with the history and culture of the city of Białystok.
The remote module of the course will begin before the scheduled classes at Bialystok University of Technology. One or two lectures will be held during this module.
