Submit your application

Procedure for submitting your application:

The procedure for enrollment in doctoral study programmes

  • The first application period is from February 18 – March 18.
  • The second application period is from April 1 – July 1.
  • The third application period is from August 1 – September 1.
  • The final application period is from September 10 – 25.

Warning: If too many candidates apply in application round, the next round will remain closed.

Candidates, who have a foreign certificate of academic achievements and wish to continue their education in the Republic of Slovenia must have a decision acknowledging their right for further education: recognition of foreign academic achievements .

DEADLINE: February 18 – September 25

Wait for results

You will be notified (by e-mail) whether or not you have been offered a place.

WHEN: expected date: after we receive your complete application

Enroll

You can enroll at the Student Office of the University of Nova Gorica.

To enroll you need:

  • Filled out Application form with required attachments
  • Two photographs
  • Receipts for paid tuition fee

DEADLINE: after we receive your complete application, but not latter than September 30
