How to find a mentor and a topic?

Before the end of their first year, students in the master's program must individually select a mentor and request approval for their master's thesis topic or select a topic that has already been announced and published online.

How to defend your thesis?

The steps for defending your thesis are described in detail in the Thesis Defense Procedure. The relevant forms and rules are available in the Study Rules of the School of Sciences.

When formatting your thesis, please use the template (date of change 27.8.2018) (LaTeX), which meets all the library's format requirements.

What happens after the defense?

After a successful defense, the student will immediately receive a certificate of graduation, which replaces the official diploma. The diploma will be awarded at a ceremony at the Lanthieri Mansion. And last but not least: don't forget to submit your thesis in electronic form (PDF) to the UNG Repository (instructions).
