Abstract
In this study, we combine fluorescence spectroscopy with molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the impact of ionic strength on the binding of dopamine to single- and double-stranded RNA. Here, we employ all-atom molecular dynamics (MD) simulations to investigate the concentration-dependent binding of dopamine to poly(rA) and poly(rU) macromolecules.
