Invitation to ALL-MICRO Open Day - University of Nova Gorica
The University of Nova Gorica kindly invites you to the open day of the ALL-MICRO project (ALLiance to Boost Cross-Border Innovation Through MICROscopy), funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the Interreg Italy-Slovenia programme.
The event will take place on Tuesday, 12th May 2026, from 8:30 to 16:00.
SUMMARY:
This event is specifically designed for companies, industry professionals, and healthcare institutions, offering a unique opportunity to discover how advanced microscopy can support innovation, quality control, and research in real-world applications.
Participants will gain insight into the microscopy facilities at the University of Nova Gorica (UNG) and explore potential collaboration opportunities, and attend live demonstrations of cutting-edge instrumentation. The facilities include field-emission SEM and TEM, EDX microanalysis, sample preparation, AFM and micro-Raman.
