Open science
Slovenian legislation in the field of open science requires:
- that researchers should ensure open access to all peer-reviewed scientific publications, research data and other research results co-financed by public resources to the extent of at least 50%;
- peer-reviewed scientific journals published in Slovenia fully financed by state resources, must ensure open access to their contents;
- scientific monographs financed by state resources must be published in open access ...
According to the terms of the contract signed with the funders, the authors must publish appropriate version of the article in a trusted digital repository, specify the appropriate Creative Commons license, publish research data, metadata and project and publication costs data.
