Studying Leadership in Open Education is the best thing that happened to me. I specifically love the culture of respect and collaboration that the instructors encourage amongst students, and between students and instructors. I also feel privileged as a member of the class, enjoying the rare experience of interacting with learners and instructors from different parts of the globe. It has helped improve my perspective and also made me more circumspect in my thinking.
