Presentation of the University of Nova Gorica at the POLI InternationalFest 2026 in Bucharest, 14th and 15th May 2026

Romanian university and secondary school students, young researchers and young entrepreneurs had an excellent opportunity to learn more about further educational opportunities at the University of Nova Gorica at Poli InternationalFest 2026, organised by the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest on 14 and 15 May 2026 in Bucharest.

Our sincere thanks go to the staff of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Bucharest, who represented UNG and other Slovenian higher education institutions at the event.

The festival, which attracted considerable interest from students and visitors, focused primarily on engineering and foreign languages, while also promoting connections between education, cultural diversity and international partnerships. It provided an excellent opportunity to promote Slovenian higher education, Erasmus+ mobility opportunities, and European university alliances, including the Across European Cross-Border University Alliance, of which the University of Nova Gorica is a member.
