The University of Nova Gorica presents the Across alliance at PTP Day, 14th October 2026

On 14th October 2026, the Primorska Technology Park and the University of Nova Gorica organised PTP Day at EPICenter in Nova Gorica, an event that brought together around 100 participants, including representatives of start-ups and fast-growing companies, members of the wider PTP network, and representatives of the local community and academic institutions, the University of Nova Gorica and the University of Udine.

At its stand, the University of Nova Gorica presented the Green Technologies Centre, which develops green technologies to address concrete challenges faced by companies, agriculture, and cities. It also presented Across, the alliance of nine European universities, which promotes knowledge transfer between the research, education, and business environments, as well as cross-border cooperation. Our alliance partner, the University of Udine, was also present at the event and presented the IGUDAR team, which is developing an AI platform to help prepare safety plans for public events.
