19th International Scientific Meeting: Students Encountering Science
The University of Banja Luka, our partner within the Across alliance, will host the 19th International Scientific Meeting “Students Encountering Science” (StES 2026) from 19th to 21st November 2026 in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This international interdisciplinary event gives students and young researchers the opportunity to present their research, exchange ideas with peers from different countries and disciplines, and become part of a wider academic community.
📍 Location: University of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina
📅 Dates: 19–21 November 2026
📝 Participation: registration is completed online and requires the submission of author information, an abstract or paper, and the relevant scientific field.
Who can take part?
- undergraduate students;
- master’s students;
- doctoral students;
- young researchers under the age of 30.
Participants are invited to submit and present work in one of six scientific fields:
- Natural Sciences;
- Engineering and Technology;
- Medical and Health Sciences;
- Biotechnical and Agricultural Sciences;
- Social Sciences;
- Humanities.
