Description, access protocol and price of rental:

CEFT possesses an EyeLink 1000 plus eye-tracking system purchased through the ARIS research-equipment call (package 16). The eye tracker is located in our laboratory (room 73/1, shared with CCML) at the University of Nova Gorica, Vipavska 13, Rožna Dolina. Detailed information about the EyeLink 1000 plus eye tracker is available on the manufacturer's website.

The eye tracker is available for use by the UNG community and under certain conditions also by external users. The price of renting the equipment consists of depreciation costs and technical assistance, currently amounting to €91 (per hour, VAT included).

The procedure for using the eye tracker is as follows:

  • Send an inquiry to the research equipment administrator (Prof. Franc Marušič), including:
    • your name, institution, research profile;
    • a brief description of the research question that the eye tracker would be used to address;
    • an estimate of the equipment time requested and proposed dates.
  • You will receive a response from the administrator as soon as possible, including:
    • equipment availability for the proposed times;
    • suitability of the eye tracker for addressing your research question.
  • You can also request different levels of professional assistance with the administrator (based on your previous experience and the nature of your work).
