University of Nova Gorica Week, 7–12 October 2024

Learn more about the university and the professions of the future.

Once a year, the University of Nova Gorica traditionally opens its doors to general public and organises a week-long series of outreach events at which you can learn more about the interesting fields of science explored and taught at the university, hear about the latest discoveries and get to know everything about the professions of the future.

This year, the UNG Week lasts from Monday, 7th October, to Saturday, 12th October 2024. The events will take place on variouis locations.

As part of the UNG Week, the Faculty of Humanities invites you to a conversation with two successful alumni of the School of Humanities of the University of Nova Gorica: Anja Mugerli, this year's winner of the prestigious Kresnik Award for literature, and Urban Makorič, currently working fo the Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts. The talk will be moderated by Dr. Leonora Flis.
