Publications in open access - benefits in 2024

In 2024, at UNG, we have benefits for the publication of articles in open access at the following publishers:

- Elsevier - Science direct: 505 free vouchers at the national level for open publications in eligible hybrid journals (informative list of journals, instructions to authors, overview of voucher spending);

- Springer Nature: 27 free vouchers for open publications in hybrid journals can be used from the common bag for smaller institutions -VOUCHERS for 2024 HAVE BEEN USED! (list of journals, instructions to authors, overview of voucher spending);

- American Chemical Society (ACS): 78 free vouchers at the national level for open publications in hybrid and open access (golden) journals (instructions to authors, overview of voucher spending);

- Taylor & Francis: 85 free vouchers at the national level for open publications in Open Select Standard hybrid journals -VOUCHERS for 2024 HAVE BEEN USED! and benefit from a 5% discount on APCs in ostalih hibridnih revijah Open Select (instructions to authors and reports of voucher spending)

- Frontiers: 10% discount for open access publications. Please select “University of Nova Gorica” in the payment information section (“Frontiers institutional members”) when submitting your article.
