Public access
During data entry there is a rubric Access type, where you can choose from 4 options of publication the full text: 1. Immediate publication.

- Permanently restricted access to full-text, metadata available.
- Restricted access to full-text and metadata.
The regulation Uredba o izvajanju znanstvenoraziskovalnega dela v skladu z načeli odprte znanosti (Uradni list RS, št. 59/2023) determines that it is necessary to publish the results of research (co-financed with public resources at least in the amount of 50 %) in open access. In case your work must be (or you want to be) publicly available under the rubric Access type select no. 1. Check the copyrights first. For international journals, you can check the publisher's open access policies on the SHERPA/ROMEO website. If the information is not available on the website, you need to obtain the publisher's consent.
In the case of open access publication, it is necessary to select a Creative Commons licence (for example CC BY or CC BY-NC-ND) as specified in Uredba o izvajanju znanstvenoraziskovalnega dela v skladu z načeli odprte znanosti.

If you were charged for publishing in open access, you should fill in the Processing charges section.
