Gala Hristova, student of the Bachelor's study programme Engineering and Manangement

Hello! My name is Gala Hristova, and I come from Skopje, North Macedonia. I am currently entering my second year at the School of Engineering and Management, which is part of the University of Nova Gorica. Classes and student life take place in Vipava – a beautiful small town surrounded by vineyards and natural scenery, offering a peaceful and inspiring environment for studying. The Lanthieri Mansion, where lectures are held, with its history and magnificent Baroque architecture, adds a special kind of magic to everyday life.

The School of Engineering and Management is a unique environment where the precision of technical sciences meets the creativity of management. What impresses me most is the atmosphere among the students – my colleagues are amazing, always ready to cooperate and support one another.

One of the greatest advantages of studying here is the close cooperation with professors, made possible by the small number of students at the school. This creates the feeling of learning almost one-on-one with professors, which means more attention, better understanding, and the opportunity to explore each topic in greater depth. Teaching is not purely theoretical – it is designed in a way that always leaves room for discussion and critical thinking. In addition, the school is research-oriented, which opens up opportunities for students to participate in various projects, gain valuable experience, and come into direct contact with the science they study.

This school is not just a place where you gain new knowledge, but also an environment that will undoubtedly encourage you to grow, improve, and begin building your career.

What are you waiting for? Join us and become part of a story that opens many doors to the future!
