Round table Challenges of environmental engineers and engineers of viticulture and enology

Event description:

The challenges of environmental engineers are tightly linked to the issues of environmental protection and the attempts to diminish the consequences of environmental pollution. Engineers of viticulture and enology working in various branches of agriculture, such as premium wine production, use advanced technologies to produce and process wine, and also deal with wine marketing. The common thread of the discussion shall bee seeking for solutions in the areas of optimisation of traditional viticultural-enological processes and the contemporary sustainable environmental management.

The promising professions of environmental engineer and engineer of viticulture and enology shall be presented in the form of a discussion with the graduates of environment and of viticulture and enology, who work for successful companies or own estates and shall share their experience with the audience.
