October's UNG presentations in Western Balkans

In October 2025, UNG presented study opportunities at its schools and academy at various events across the Western Balkans.

On 11 and 12 October 2025, we took part in presentations organised by the Study in Slovenia initiative – we introduced ourselves to prospective students both at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Tirana (11 October 2025) and at the Study in Europe fair, which took place on 12 October 2025 in Tirana.

We were also present at the Balkan EDU EXPO education fair, held as part of the Belgrade Book Fair, on 30 and 31 October 2025 in Belgrade.

Between 29 and 31 October, we also presented study opportunities at UNG to young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We visited the Vogošća Secondary School Centre, where we presented to students the possibilities of studying at the University of Nova Gorica.
The students learned about our study programmes, research opportunities, scholarships, and international exchange options available through studying with us. We sincerely thank the Vogošća Secondary School Centre for their hospitality!

At all the above-mentioned events, we also presented the ACROSS European Cross-Border University Alliance, of which the University of Nova Gorica is a member.
The Alliance connects ten European universities that together create a space of knowledge, cooperation, and innovation without borders, offering students an enriched academic offer, additional mobility opportunities, lifelong learning possibilities, and more.
