Information for citizens of countries that are not Member States of the European Union and Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship
Application for enrollment
Citizens of countries that are not Member States of the European Union and Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship are required to apply for enrolment places announced for Slovenian citizens, citizens of the Member States of the European Union and other foreign citizens who have permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia and who themselves or at least one of their parents or legal guardians are residents of the Republic of Slovenia for tax purposes, and persons who have been granted international or temporary protection and applicants for international or temporary protection in accordance with the International Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 22/16) and Temporary Protection of Displaced Persons Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 16/17).
Candidates, who have a foreign certificate of academic achievements and wish to continue their education in the Republic of Slovenia must have a decision acknowledging their right for further education at university or higher education specialist study programmes.
