Research work of students
The Faculty of Viticulture and Enology works closely with Wine research centre , where many research projects are carried out in the fields of viticulture, winemaking, microbiology, and wine chemistry. Students of the Faculty of Viticulture and Enology can participate in these projects internship in 1 or 2 years of the first cycle study, a research project in viticulture and winemaking 1 and 2 within the master study, as well as through theses, diploma seminar, and master theses.
At the Faculty of Viticulture and Enology, students are actively involved in research work from an early stage of their studies. Through participation in ongoing research projects, they gain hands-on experience in laboratory work, data collection and analysis, and the presentation and interpretation of research results.
Students are also encouraged to take part in the dissemination of scientific findings, including presentations at international conferences and professional events, allowing them to develop key scientific, communication, and professional skills while building international networks.
