Coalition for Culture, Creativity and Heritage, now!

June 6, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., 45 students from the Tehniška gimnazija of Nova Gorica participated in the Ecosystem Forum organised by the University of Nova Gorica within the framework of the Cultural Bees project. In a lively discussion with the mentors of the postgraduate programme in Cultural Heritage Studies and of the School of Humanities, as well as representatives of EGTC GO-NG and the GO!2025 office, students discussed the importance of raising awareness about cultural heritage among young people and the challenges of craft and entrepreneurial skills in connection to the creative sector. We thank all participants, particularly students and teachers, for their active and genuine participation, and we look forward to future joint initiatives!

Cultural BEES is a Creative Europe project aiming to develop and implement a training programme and digital toolkit that support the promotion of entrepreneurship skills in the cultural and creative industries among youth. Inspired by the Junior Achievement training model “Inspire, Prepare, and Succeed,“ the project is aimed at providing the target groups, 15–18-year old students and 18–30-year old young people, with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to succeed in their careers within the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) sector.
