Uroš Luin, the first Doctor of Science from our Materials postgraduate doctoral study programme

On 25th May, the rector of the University of Nova Gorica, Prof. Dr. Boštjan Golob, promoted Uroš Luin to the first Doctor of Science from the Materials postgraduate doctoral study programme, which is being performed in close cooperation with the National Institute of Chemistry.

He prepared the doctoral dissertation titled Efficiency of the grid energy storage technology based on iron-chloride material cycle, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Matjaž Valant.

The doctoral diploma was jointly handed to Dr. Luin by the rector of the University of Nova Gorica, Prof. Dr. Boštjan Golob, and the director of the Institute of Chemistry, Prof. Dr. Gregor Anderluh.
