Round table: Challenges of graduates of environmental sciences and graduates of viticulture and enology

Event description:

The challenges of environmental technologists are tightly linked to the issues of the preservation of the clean environment and the struggles to reduce and remove the consequences of environmental pollution. The graduates of viticulture and enology are facing the modernisation of the agricultural branches, such as the production of premium wines, and introducing novel technologies of wine production and marketing. The common issue shared by both groups of the invited guests is their struggle to find solutions in the areas of the optimisation of traditional viticultural and enological procedures by taking into account the sustainable environmental management.

At the round table, organised by the School of Environmental Sciences, the School for Viticulture and Enology and the UNG Career Centre, you will get to know more about these two interesting and in-demand professions, as described by the schools' graduates working for highly successful companies and their own estates.
