The freshness of grapes in a glass of grape juice

Event description:
At the event, we will explore the potential of grape juice as an interesting alternative to the non-alcoholic wine.
The presenter Prof. Dr. Branka Mozetič Vodopivec will present the key steps in the production of grape juice, which are crucial to achieve premuim quality, freshness and a unique taste. The presentation will be followed by a tasting session of selected grape juices of various price ranges različnih, at which you will learn the difference between the juice sold at a couple of euros per liter, and the juice reaching the price of more tens of euros per bottle.
The event is aimed at local wine producers and all others interested in discovering the full potential of grape juice on the market.
The number of attendees at the event is limited, so prior registrations to attend the event are necessary.
