Student Office
The Student Office of the University of Nova Gorica provides services to undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as prospective students wishing to study at our university.
The Student Office issues enrollment certificates, academic records and examination grades transcripts. It also offers information about admission and enrollment, the information on study programmes and admission criteria, and other study-related information concerning studying at the University of Nova Gorica.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1 p.m. – 3.30 p.m.

During the summer holidays, the office in Nova Gorica is closed from 8 to 19 August 2022. The office in Vipava is closed from 18 to 29 July 2022.

University Library
University Library of the University of Nova Gorica is open to all students and staff, as well as to all external visitors. Our collection mostly comprises publications in the fields of ecology, physics, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, biology, Slovene studies, humanities, viticulture and fine arts.
The library collection includes more than 15,000 book titles, 150 titles of periodicals, 400 items of non-book materials (mostly CD-roms) and e-edition of scientific journals, reachable over services like ScienceDirect, Springer Link, APS Journals, JSTOR, CAB abstracts, FSTA, ACS Publications, IEEE/IET Electronic library, MathSciNet, Web of Science, EIFL Direct-data bases EBSCOhost.
