The Rectors’ Board guides the strategic development of the Alliance, taking into account the envisioned intra- and inter-Alliance long-term cooperation. It ensures that each Party’s priorities are aligned with the vision of the Alliance and that the relevant governance bodies of each Party are engaged in Alliance activities.

It is composed of the rectors or presidents appointed in line with the national regulations of the respective partner institutions.

The Rectors’ Board is the ultimate decision-making body of the Consortium. It is responsible for the consortium membership structure, monitoring the achievement of the project’s objectives and results, and overseeing the use of funds in accordance with the purpose set out in the Grant Agreement.

The Rectors’ Board plays also a crucial role in promoting the activities of the Task Teams within the university and in fostering collaboration with strategic partners in cross-border regions.
